
Water is one of the main elements that make up life on this planet.
There are four main elements are: air, fire, water, earth. Western science call these main elements oxygen O, nitrogen N, hydrogen H, carbon C. Eastern medicine also have other main elements like ether (which was removed from elemental table, for some interesting reason), Chinese and Korean medicine also recognise elements of wood and metal. Current periodic table has 118 confirmed elements, of course there are more that scientists are not aware.
So, water can be solid, liquid and gas.
Human body is mostly water. Flow of water is very important otherwise it becomes bog.
In ancient times people would worship water make it sacred before drinking it.
Temple would be built near body of water, it’s because bathing in live moving water was part of ceremony, people would go into a river or lake few times a day, this balance emotional body and washes away all negativity.
When you feel agitated it’s good idea go and sit in the water. Human body needs to be submerged in the water at least two times a week other wise lack of water elemet causes lots of physical body illness and emotional imbalance. Sitting in water could cure a lot of ailments. People who exercise a lot and don’t sit in the water cause a lot of unnecessary suffering for their body because physical body overheating. You have to go to water before exercise. The time you need to stay in water depends on water temperature.
Cold water considered from 28 degrees this would take 70 min. The whole body has to be immersed.

So 28 degrees water considered cold above that temperature water has different qualities. From 15 degrees you have to be careful with water. Some people can’t stay in cold water because they shivering or their fingers go white you have to be careful if this happens. It’s also very important to get warm after you leave water. So warm up.
People in old days would drink live water like from streams. The water had to be flowing and birds sing around it, it is alive.
The water we drink today is very different, don’t even talk about chemicals, well at least filter your water before you drink it.
Water should be sacred, there are still quite few sacred Wells around the world I been lucky I had chance to drink the water and it tastes like silk.
I’m sure there are wells that are hidden from humans and they have some magical qualities.
If you feel emotional agitation get emersed in wild water it should calm your body.
Good idea to sit and meditate near water, listen to water…so ‘be water my friend’ like Bruce Lee said.
